Conversations

Conversations with the Presidents' College is a monthly 30-minute talk show, broadcast on West Hartford Community TV and several other community television stations in the Greater Hartford area. It is hosted by Presidents' College volunteer Robert Gruskay with Humphrey Tonkin, director of the Presidents' College, appearing as a regular guest. Each month Bob and Humphrey invite an additional guest to participate; they are normally professors or participants of the Presidents' College. They talk about their connection with the College, the courses they teach or are participating in, and their current work.

The format of the program is relatively informal and is recorded in the WHCTV studio in the West Hartford Town Hall for broadcast the following month seen on three occasions during the month. All programs can also be viewed at the WHC-TV website.
