Brooke Lippy, Assistant Head of Allen Library, has been accepted into the NACO Music Project (NMP), a specialty of the national NACO (Name Authority COoperative ) project. The records of new NMP participants’ are reviewed by a coordinator or independent NMP editor until the participant achieves independent status. Independent status in NMP is thus achieved through NMP review and testing of the individual, not through the status of the home institution.
