Blackboard Reserves
Select instructor(s):
For courses not being offered on Electronic Reserves through Blackboard, select the faculty name and hit the Submit button.
Select the course on the new page, and article(s) on next. Login with your University user name and password.
Note: You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to access these materials.
 
Check instructor(s):
Check to see if the instructor is using Blackboard. Click on the Blackboard icon below to view the Blackboard login page.
After you login, select the course and click on the Electronic Reserves button on the menu to the left.

Instructions to select more than one instructor
To select multiple names, hold down the Shift or Ctrl key as you make your selection. Select [All] to display reserve information for all instructors. Select Submit when you have finished, or select Reset to clear the names.

Printing PDF files
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to print a pdf file. When the menu comes up, choose the type of computer you are using and scroll to Adobe Acrobate Reader 8.0. Use Internet Explorer 7 for accessing Course Reserves.

Faculty Adding Reserves
Type up the Reserve Materials Processing Form to add your articles from your computer. Bring your materials and this completed form to Alison Cotton, ext 4965, at the Mortensen Library Circulation & Reserves desk. Hartt faculty should contact Sam Cook.
