The Circulation and Reserves Unit:
|
- Manages resource material transactions for the Mortensen Library and is staffed during all open hours of the library.
- Loans circulating materials including borrowing books, art plates, videotapes, or reserve materials. Patrons must present their own current University of Hartford ID card at the Circulation Desk.
- Reshelves materials and assists in recalling loaned or lost materials.
- Manges in-house hardcopy reserve materials for a short-term loan period.
- Manages online Course Reserves that are available through circulation to members of the University community who have valid University email accounts.
